The following workshops are currently being offered in conjuction with IN MY ROOM.

In My Room Workshop
Clips from IN MY ROOM are used to introduce the concepts of inner life and personal authenticity. Workshop focuses on managing pressures and making authentic (healthy) choices. Groups: High School, Adults.

Story Workshops - Ana, Sherri, or Rachel
Participants view the entire story of one girl character (Ana, Sherri, or Rachel).  The girls' stories are discussed with a focus on how their identities evolve over time.  Identity exercises accompany certain scenes. 
Groups: Middle School, High School, Adults.

Express Yourself: Creating Change from the Inside Out
Clips from IN MY ROOM are used to highlight the value and importance of creative self-expression.  Creative exercises are conducted throughout.
Groups: Middle School, High School, Adults.
